Tonight I made Roast Squash and Sweet Potato Soup with Buttermilk and Blue Cheese Swirl. I used Nigella's recepie from her christmas cookery book. Last night I was watching Nigella's Christmas Kitchen - as I do every year! - and was inspired to make her delicious soup, and I must say, It was delicious! I served it with brown seeded bread - aswell as the cheese sauce.
The actual soup didn't have too much flavour to it however added with the cheese sauce was completly different. The soup and the sauce complimented eachother beautifully and it was overall a fantastic dish!
